Our partner is a provider of premium services and resources to BPM clients covering all aspects of BPM technology including Intelligent Customer Interactions over multiple channels, Intelligent Document Processing, Industry Accelerators, Marketing, Robotics, and the Cloud. They can help clients build their own BPM Practice and COE as well as augment an existing team. They are looking for a Senior Front-end Developer who could join the team in Kraków or 95% remotely. 

What is the main objective for a Senior Front-end Developer?

Location: Kraków or 95% Remote (one team-building meeting a month).

As a part of Pharma, the informatics team is co-creating a better future for patients through innovative technology and information working together with Global Product Strategy (Strategic Marketing), Pharma Development Medical Affairs, and Pharma Partnering Business partners. We are an Agile organization looking for cross-functional innovative and integrated solutions based on great collaboration.

The digital product is being developed to support a known business process integrating with other initiatives being developed. The process is a literature review which is part of evidence generation. To be effective in this space, we are looking for team members who are willing to experiment, connect with new applications for smart algorithms/AI, rework and refactor as different capabilities are developed, and have an open mind when it comes to working with new challenges.

Senior Front-end Developer – What are your key responsibilities?

  • Develop new user-facing features, ensuring high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Assure that all user input is validated before submitting it to the back-end.
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use.

 Senior Front-end Developer – What do you need to know?

  • 5+ years of experience in front-end, at least 2 years of experience in developing web components using Angular 8+;
  • Familiarity with CI tools like GIT, Jenkins, Yarn, NPM, Karma, Ansible and Bower; 
  • Familiarity with Micro-front-end strategies;
  • Have some practical experience in designing application architecture;
  • Experience with Agile and SCRUM methodologies;
  • English – upper intermediate level, B2.

Nice to have

  • Additional languages like Spanish or French would be a plus.

  • Attractive salary range – up to 25000 PLN net on a B2B contract (or up to 21 PLN on perm contract (UoP) depends on your skills and level of experience;
