Location: Poland, 100% remote work mode.

The company is a Polish startup that developed an application to transform the marketing of local businesses with AI. Their long-term goal is to create a tool that is an automated marketing agency that will enable any business, even the smallest, to benefit from high-quality marketing services supported by AI. They believe that every entrepreneur should be able to focus on growing their business with access to effective marketing.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product UI/UX Designer to help us create simple, intuitive, and effective designs, primarily targeting small and local business owners in foreign markets, including the US. Our goal is to provide solutions that make users feel confident, quickly find the information and features they need, and easily understand, and execute the guidelines provided to them. With this, we want to foster a positive experience with our product, contributing to the development of local businesses.

Senior Product UX/UI Designer – Main responsibilities for this position
- Design intuitive interfaces for applications based on quantitative and qualitative user data tailored for desktop and mobile versions.
- Create mockups and prototypes that effectively communicate the design vision.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to understand and meet user needs at various stages of their marketing journey.
- Work closely with test, product, and development teams to implement designs effectively.
- Adjust and optimize designs based on feedback from the product and user teams and test results.
- Maintain and develop company’s system design.
- Proposing solutions to improve the application.
- Taking care of UX consistency of designed solutions.
- Constant monitoring of implemented solutions – analyzing effectiveness and intuitiveness.
Senior Product UX/UI Designer – Main requirements
- 4 years of experience developing desktop and mobile applications designs for a minimum of 4 years.
- Ability to create and maintain system design (minimum 3 years).
- 3 years of experience with Figma, ability to create advanced prototypes in Figma working with this software (minimum 3 years).
- Familiarity with Adobe suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Component creation, use of autolayots and experience with ANT Design.
- Ability to create user research scenarios, UX Audits and Analyses.
- Knowledge of UX components, Design Patterns and applying them in daily work.
- Understanding of technical asperities of implemented projects
- Ability to implement solutions that have a direct impact on business development.
- A holistic approach to designed solutions.
- At least upper intermediate Polish, B2 or C1.
